Look what rolled up to my house today. I love that car. Look at all the cool veggies on the side of it. I'm going to have to think up a way to paint the jeep now. Thank you thank you thank you to my new BFF Marilyn Nickle. This little treasure came from her barn and handed down from Donnie father. I need to repair those wheels and that baby will be rocking though the field
I'm telling you these berries are coming up everywhere. Look at the size of that one. just kidding. I'm not even growing strawberries this year. You just can't put in everything at one time. When the farm is complete I will have 7 acres of berries.
Not much to see here but oh my you are going to love these guys. They make the best jelly in the world. Did I mention that next year I will be giving classes on jelly and pie's basics? Please check in often for class updates and schedules.
This crew was heading up by myself. I had Marilyn Nickle, Mark Lindenmeyer (husband unit) and Tonya Willig. Even though everyone in this group were over 47 years old, we were mightly powerful planter. Thank you to my wonderful group you did a super job.
These group of berries was headed up by Bob Ismert of lee's summit, mo. On his crew was Pam Ismert his lovely wife, Jake and Ashley Ismert. These were a little challenging for the crew because the ground was somewhat wet also in that area. Thank you all so much for digging and shoveling that day away. There are blooms on there but you need to look very close.
